Vendor Onboarding

Build for the HIRMOS Marketplace

Create, submit, and sell compatible extensions for orchestrated AI software engineering. The HIRMOS Marketplace is built for workflow extensions, integration hooks, stack packages, design resources, and tools that help software teams plan, build, validate, and document AI-assisted software work with more structure and trust.

Vendor participation is curated and review-first, so marketplace listings can stay useful, compatible, and trustworthy.

Review-first

Extensions are reviewed before publication so customers can trust what they install, buy, and use inside HIRMOS workflows.

Framework-aware

Listings should explain where the extension fits, what it produces, and which HIRMOS versions, stacks, hooks, or extension surfaces it supports.

Vendor-supported

Vendors maintain their own listings, packages, compatibility notes, and product-specific customer support.

How vendor onboarding works

Vendor onboarding is designed to keep the marketplace curated while giving qualified creators a clear path to submit extensions.

What vendors can publish

The marketplace is not limited to full workflow agents. Vendors can build extensions and supporting packages that improve specific parts of the software development lifecycle or connect into existing HIRMOS workflows.

Lifecycle workflow extensions

Create extensions for specific software delivery activities such as discovery, estimation, testing, documentation, release preparation, QA review, migration planning, or post-launch analysis.

Workflow integrations and hooks

Build extensions that connect to existing HIRMOS workflows, enrich generated artifacts, add review steps, or contribute specialized outputs at defined lifecycle points.

Stacks and implementation guidance

Package stack-specific guidance, standards, templates, or validation expectations for frameworks such as Next.js, WordPress, Python, or other engineering environments.

Design packs and workflow resources

Publish reusable design packs, presentation resources, prototype ingestion helpers, solution brief formats, reporting templates, or other materials that make HIRMOS workflows easier to apply.

Vendor responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for accurate listings, maintained packages, documented compatibility, and product-specific customer support.

Before you apply

Country availability

Vendor payouts are handled through Stripe Express/Connect where available. Before submitting a paid extension, confirm that Stripe supports your country and payout requirements. Paid listings may require additional marketplace review.

Commissions

Paid extensions may be subject to marketplace commissions, Stripe/payment processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payout timing rules. Final payout details are reviewed before a listing is approved for sale.

Review is required

Creating a vendor account does not guarantee publication. HIRMOS reviews submissions before they appear in the marketplace.

Support ownership

Vendors are responsible for product-specific customer support. HIRMOS handles marketplace-level questions and escalation concerns.
