These Terms of Service govern use of the HIRMOS website, marketplace, vendor program, and related digital products.

By using the site, creating an account, purchasing a product, submitting a vendor listing, or accessing marketplace downloads, you agree to these terms.

About HIRMOS

HIRMOS is a modular framework for orchestrated AI software engineering. The HIRMOS Marketplace provides access to official and vendor-published extensions, workflow resources, support packages, and related digital products.

Accounts

You may need an account to purchase products, access downloads, manage subscriptions, register as a vendor, or request support.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account information accurate
• Protecting your login credentials
• Maintaining current payment information
• Using the marketplace lawfully and responsibly
• Not misrepresenting yourself, your products, or your affiliation with HIRMOS

HIRMOS may suspend or restrict accounts that violate marketplace rules, create trust concerns, or misuse the platform.

Marketplace products

Marketplace products may include digital downloads, extension packages, subscriptions, documentation, templates, stack guidance, design resources, and other digital materials.

Product listings should describe what is included, who publishes the product, and any relevant compatibility or support expectations.

Official and vendor products

Some products are published by HIRMOS Official. Other products may be published by approved marketplace vendors.

HIRMOS Official products are maintained by HIRMOS or an authorized official HIRMOS marketplace account. Vendor products are maintained and supported by their respective vendors.

Purchases and payments

Prices, billing periods, taxes, fees, and subscription terms are shown at checkout or on the product page when applicable.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Payment availability, payout timing, refunds, disputes, and failed payments may depend on marketplace settings and payment processor behavior.

Subscriptions

Some products may be sold as subscriptions. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled or ended.

Subscription access, downloads, renewal behavior, cancellation behavior, failed-payment handling, and support expectations are governed by the product listing, account settings, and Subscription Terms.

Downloads

After purchase, eligible downloadable products may be available through the customer’s account or order history.

Download access may depend on:

• Order status
• Subscription status
• Refund status
• Product availability
• Marketplace settings
• Vendor status
• Security or abuse controls

HIRMOS may change download access or replace files when needed for marketplace operation, security, compliance, or product maintenance.

Compatibility

HIRMOS products may depend on specific framework versions, stacks, extensions, or configuration assumptions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility notes, and requirements before purchasing or installing a product.

Unless explicitly stated, HIRMOS does not guarantee that every extension will work with every project, stack, version, environment, or workflow.

Vendor participation

Vendors may apply to submit products to the marketplace.

Creating a vendor account does not guarantee publication. HIRMOS may review, reject, request changes, pause, remove, or limit vendor listings.

Vendors are responsible for:

• Accurate product listings
• Package quality
• Compatibility statements
• Product-specific customer support
• Maintaining downloads and documentation
• Following marketplace policies
• Complying with payment, tax, and payout requirements

Review and removal rights

HIRMOS may review marketplace products before or after publication.

HIRMOS may remove, hide, pause, or request changes to listings that are incomplete, misleading, unsupported, unsafe, incompatible, legally risky, low quality, or inconsistent with marketplace trust.

Support

Product-specific support is provided by the product vendor.

HIRMOS handles marketplace-level questions, order/download issues, vendor escalation concerns, and official product support according to available support channels.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Digital product refunds are not automatic and may be reviewed case by case.

License keys, automatic updates, and entitlement systems

Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, license keys, entitlement APIs, automatic update delivery, advanced compatibility enforcement, and installation automation are not included in the initial marketplace launch scope.

Prohibited use

You may not use HIRMOS or the marketplace to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Upload malicious or harmful files
• Misrepresent product functionality or compatibility
• Bypass payment, download, subscription, or access controls
• Copy, resell, or redistribute products without authorization
• Interfere with marketplace operation
• Abuse customers, vendors, or support channels
• Submit deceptive, unsafe, or infringing content

Intellectual property

HIRMOS, HIRMOS branding, official extension names, site content, and official marketplace materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Vendors retain responsibility for the content and materials they submit, and must have the right to distribute any submitted product, image, code, documentation, or package.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of HIRMOS, vendor intellectual property, or marketplace infrastructure.

No warranty

HIRMOS and marketplace products are provided on an “as available” basis unless otherwise stated.

HIRMOS does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free downloads, perfect compatibility, specific business results, or suitability for every project.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HIRMOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, marketplace, downloads, subscriptions, vendor products, or related services.

Changes to the marketplace

HIRMOS may update, change, pause, remove, or discontinue parts of the marketplace, products, policies, vendor features, pricing, or support workflows as the ecosystem matures.

Changes to these terms

HIRMOS may update these terms over time. Continued use of the site or marketplace after changes means you accept the updated terms.
