Subscription Terms

Subscription Terms

Some HIRMOS Marketplace products may be sold as subscriptions. These terms explain how subscription access, renewal, cancellation, and support work.

What a subscription provides

A subscription may provide access to downloadable extension packages, updates made available through the marketplace, vendor support, or other product-specific benefits described on the product page.

The exact subscription benefits depend on the product listing.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled, expires, or otherwise ends according to marketplace settings.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the system may retry the payment, notify the customer, place the subscription on hold, or end access depending on marketplace configuration and payment processor behavior. WooCommerce Subscriptions supports automatic retry behavior when enabled by the store owner.

Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel subscriptions through their account area when cancellation is available.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previous payments.

Access after cancellation or expiration

Access to downloads, updates, support, or subscription benefits may change after cancellation, expiration, failed payment, refund, or chargeback.

Product pages and account status should be used as the primary reference for current access.

Unless the product page states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but may also end future access to subscription benefits, support, updates, and downloadable files after the subscription period ends.

Downloads and updates

A subscription may provide access to downloadable files through the customer’s account and order history.

Unless explicitly stated, a subscription does not guarantee automatic installation, automatic updates, license-key enforcement, or entitlement API access.

License keys and automatic updates

License keys, entitlement APIs, automatic update delivery, advanced compatibility enforcement, and installation automation are not part of the initial marketplace launch scope unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.

Vendor subscriptions

For vendor-published subscription products, the vendor is responsible for product-specific support and accurate subscription benefit descriptions.

HIRMOS may review marketplace-level issues, order/download issues, vendor conduct concerns, or unresolved escalation concerns.

Pricing changes

Subscription pricing, benefits, or availability may change over time. Material changes should be communicated according to marketplace settings, product terms, and applicable platform capabilities.

Questions

Use the Contact page for marketplace-level subscription questions or escalation concerns involving a marketplace vendor.

For product-specific support, contact the vendor first through the vendor’s store support option or your account/order area.
